To participate in a Marymount’s Summer Experience camp or class, we must have a completed registration and medical form for each camper. To register, each camper must complete his or her registration information online. Payment is available on-line, or you can deliver cash or check to the Marymount Office.
Registration, Payment, Refund, and Confirmation Information
To participate in a Marymount Summer Experience camp or class, please click HERE to register and complete all necessary forms, including medical information.
Registration for the Marymount Summer Experience begins on March 1, 2019. Registrations will not be processed without payment. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of registration. An informational letter including drop-off and pick-up locations, supply lists (if necessary), and other pertinent information will be sent to campers as the camp approaches. We expect all campers to abide by Marymount’s values while on our campus. Campers will act with respect for themselves, their peers, their leaders, and their surroundings. Should the summer staff have concerns about camper behavior, parents will be informed, and campers may be asked to leave. No refunds will be given for individuals who are asked to leave a camp or program because of behavior.
Cancellation of Classes
There are minimum class sizes for all camps and programs. Marymount reserves the right to cancel any course, program, or activity as necessary. In such cases, a full refund will be made. Tuition is refundable after June 1 only if Marymount of Santa Barbara cancels a course or program. In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone any part of camp for the safety of the campers.
Parents must agree to provide health and accident insurance for the student and to indemnify the school and its personnel against any liability for student accident or health problems.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all Marymount Summer Experience programs. Remaining balances must be paid in advance of the start date for the camp. Monthly payment options are available during the registration process, with a final payment due prior to the start of camp.
Early Drop-off/Late Pick-Up
Students may be dropped off for camp no more than half an hour before the start of camp and picked up no later than half an hour after the end of camp. Please contact Camp Director Drea Dowdy (firstname.lastname@example.org) if further care is needed.

Photography and Videography
Unless we receive a written letter to the contrary, Marymount of Santa Barbara exercises the right to use any photographs and/or video taken of individuals participating in the Marymount Summer Experience in its promotional publications and online.
Allergies and Medications
Important notice to parents of campers with allergies: Marymount of Santa Barbara camps are NOT peanut, wheat, dairy, or allergen free. We make every reasonable accommodation for campers with allergies. If your child is allergic to certain foods, we ask that you provide a snack each day. If your child is in a camp where cooking or food preparation is part of the curriculum, please discuss your child’s dietary needs with the teacher. Children who require the use of epinephrine for life-threatening emergencies will be asked to keep their devices with them at all times (a small backpack works well). All camp counselors and coaches are trained in CPR and first aid.
